A tour operator is looking for a solution to replace the existing on-premise Windows server for a Image management -> Canto (  https://www.canto.com/de/preise/  ).



A SaaS cloud solution is being sought as a replacement, but the solution partner and cloud instance are not specified. OTC would naturally be the preferred choice.

Status so far

“Image server ” with 3 physical drives

· Disk 1 (G): approx. 57,000 files / 4,500 folders ~1.33 TB

· Disk 2 (H): approx. 42,000 files / 500 folders ~150 GB

· Disk 3 (I): approx. 97,000 files / 2,900 folders ~1 TB

· TOTAL approx. 200,000 files / 8,000 folders ~2.5 TB

· Simple folder structure, which is displayed visually with Explorer or software (Bridge)

· Rudimentary search



What should the new cloud-based system do?

· Rights management

· 1 admin account

· 6 writing user accounts

At least 50 reading users

· Support for common image and video formats + image editing programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PDFs, Powerpoints, …)

· E.g.: .tif, .tiff, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .ai, .psd, .pdf, .eps, …

· Supported AI search and possibly AI-supported keywording (autotagging)

· 4TB storage space (also expandable) Please apply promptly, as the customer appointment takes place in week 22.
