Ecoflexx.ai merges business logic with controllable artificial intelligence – completely autonomously and without dependence on third parties. Ecoflexx.ai is based on a modular, highly integrable system architecture specifically developed for secure and controlled use in complex corporate environments. At its core is a Trusted Data Space – a typed, structured data space for storing, processing, and versioning key performance indicators, contexts, and evaluation results. All data remains fully accessible to the company at all times. There is no automatic transfer to external cloud systems. The KPI engine is domain-specific and enables the definition, aggregation, and calculation of any type of key performance indicator – for example, for purchasing, production, IT, finance, or sustainability. Up to ten parameters can be defined for each KPI type, linked to formulas, and provided with evaluation logic (e.g., scoring systems). The resulting KPI groups form the central decision basis for analyses and reports. Controllable GenAI agents are used to intelligently interpret this data. These access existing language models (LLMs), which are either hosted locally (e.g., Ollama, Mistral) or connected via trusted services such as OpenAI, Aleph Alpha, or other European providers. The agents operate in a context-sensitive manner: They analyze data structures, perform reasoning, generate summaries, and suggest specific actions. Upon request, they directly trigger follow-up processes—such as the creation of documents, notifications, or data transfers.

Ecoflexx.ai is offered as a modular subscription model. The core system, including a KPI engine, Trusted Data Space, and basic connectors, is a mandatory component of every installation. Furthermore, industry- and function-specific modules are available as optional extensions—e.g., for IT governance, sustainability, purchasing controlling, or financial key performance indicators.
