The Republic of Ghana plans to send qualified workers abroad – including to Germany. As part of the newly initiated Ghana Labour Export Programme (GLEP), the KTDM Development Consulting Group has been officially mandated by the Ghanaian Ministry of Interior to support the development of sustainable partnerships.

KTDM supports the project with the aim of establishing relevant contacts, organizing personal discussions, and initiating and supporting cooperation between German and Ghanaian actors.



"We are proud of the trust the Ghanaian government has placed in us," says Michael Kutz , CEO of the KTDM Development Consulting Group. "As in previous projects, we are contributing our full expertise to sustainably promote cross-border cooperation."

From May 17 to 27, 2025 , a high-level delegation from Ghana will visit several metropolitan regions in Germany and Europe to gain an understanding of the opportunities for cooperation on site and to hold initial discussions with potential partners.
