The new building on the expansion site of the Triple Z is taking shape: The shell is currently being built, followed by the interior construction. However, the allocation of the production halls to innovative start-ups - preferably from the fields of technology, production or design - is already underway.  All information on the rental conditions can be found in the Triple Z exposés. 

The 1600 m² new building will be ready for occupancy in autumn 2021 and will offer several production areas to which offices can be added. The new building will expand the range of services available to manufacturing companies. The start-up and business centre is investing around 1.7 million euros.
